Utilities A $150 allowance for utilities (electric, water & cable) is included in the rental fee. Any utility bills less than $150 per month is refunded to you. Any utility bills greater than $150 per month is deducted from the security deposit. We do not provide local phone & internet service. Internet Service is available at the Pasco library which is less than a 5 minute drive.There is a $500 deposit + $50 application fee.
