Enjoy your day on our resort style deck overlooking the Ocean, complete with loungers, tables and umbrellas. Or walk a few steps and relax on the un crowded, no drive beach. Two pools (one heated)
are also available for your use. Other activities include tennis, pickle ball and shuffleboard. Later relax on your private balcony overlooking the Ocean. Enjoy a meal prepared in our fully equipped kitchen, and sit at the dining table with a great view of the Ocean. Step out the front door and see spectacular rocket launches and/or sunsets.

The living room has a new 55in smart TV. You can enjoy the free cable, or utilize one of the many streaming services. There is also a surround sound system connected to the TV. The room also has a convertible sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. A landline phone with free long distance is included.

We live in Orlando, and this is our personal second home. As such it is equipped with everything you will need, such as bedding, towels, beach equipment, kitchen utensils: including a regular and Kuerig coffee maker.

The building is located directly on the Ocean, about 3 miles from the center of New Smyrna Beach. There you will find numerous restaurants and shops. Orlando with all its attractions is about an hour’s drive.

There is also a community building where many activities are carried out.
