Outside, you'll love the private beach, launch ramp, and dock (shared with the owner), perfect for boating enthusiasts. If your boat is large, we recommend launching at nearby Jack Smith, just 5 minutes away.

This home is equipped with blinds to keep it cool in the summer and a heater to stay cozy in the winter.

For golfers, you’re close to some of the best courses in the area, including Rivers Edge Golf Course (1.5 miles), El Rio Golf Club (7.3 miles), and Desert Lakes Golf Course (9.1 miles).

For entertainment, you're right on the river with easy access to popular spots like Pirates Cove (25-minute boat ride) and Topock (30-minute boat ride). The dock, shared with the owner, provides a convenient spot to tie up your boat during your stay.

If your boat is larger or if you prefer a more spacious launch area, we recommend using the Jack Smith launch ramp, which is just a quick 5-minute drive from the house. This nearby facility offers more room and ease for launching and retrieving larger boats.

Once on the water, you’re just a short 25-minute boat ride from the popular Pirates Cove, a great spot for dining, swimming, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. A little further, about 30 minutes away, is Topock, another must-visit destination with its unique desert charm. For those looking for a longer adventure, Lake Havasu is within reach, offering a 50–60-minute drive by car or a picturesque journey by boat.
