Welcome to our ground-floor 3BD/2BA at the Waterwheel Condominiums, an oasis of comfort and tranquility that has been designed with family fun in mind. This spacious home away from home features three inviting bedrooms (King, Queen, Double) offering restful nights after a day of adventures, plus a sofa bed to accommodate up to 8 guests. Two modern bathrooms (one in the primary suite and one for the other two bedrooms), and the open-plan living area is the perfect spot to gather for meals, games, or a cozy movie night. Step outside onto the large patio, a fantastic space for savoring morning coffees, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the Texas breeze.

Take a refreshing dip in one of the two community pools or soak away your cares in one of the four Jacuzzis, perfect for soothing evenings under the stars. If you're in the mood for a fun family cookout, the BBQ pits are at your disposal, ready to grill up some Texas-sized flavors. All these shared amenities, set within well-maintained and picturesque grounds, add a special touch to your vacation experience.

Our condominium is ideally situated to offer the best of New Braunfels right at your doorstep. This vibrant Texas city is brimming with family-friendly activities, from the exhilarating Schlitterbahn Waterpark to the fascinating Natural Bridge Caverns, all within easy reach. Take a short stroll to the Comal River, where you can enjoy tubing, swimming, or fishing. Explore the local cuisine with a multitude of restaurants close by, or step back in time with a visit to the historic Gruene district.
