Surfside by the Sea I 205 is a colorful, fun 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo (on the 2nd floor) with a partial ocean view from the second row. The balcony has plenty of chairs for you to enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and it's own TV. The bedrooms are split by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room and master bedroom have basic cable channels; the second bedroom has a TV for you to hook up your own game system and/or Roku/FireStick. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. There is a stackable washer/dryer unit off the kitchen. You only need to supply your own linens/paper products.

THE AMENITIES
Surfside by the Sea has a community pool with both a shallow end and a deep end so all ages can enjoy. There is also a picnic area for those who want to grill out by the pool. Depending on what time of year you stay, the pool may be closed as it is a seasonal amenity.

UTILITIES
All utilities are included for winter tenants, except electricity. You will receive a separate bill each month for this based on your individual consumption/usage. You can contact our office for an estimate of past winter tenant bills. The unit is heated/cooled by a heat pump system.

PARKING
1 parking space - no golf carts or trailers allowed.
