Surfside by the Sea II 103 is a fantastic oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in a small building which allows for more peace and quiet during your stay. This unit has been recently renovated and there is a simple beachy theme throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed and TV with Spectrum cable. The second bedroom has twin beds. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, dishware, and cookware. There is a washer/dryer off the kitchen in the closet. You must supply your own linens and paper products during your stay.

AMENITIES
Surfside by the Sea II has an oceanfront community pool with plenty of sun loungers around the deck area. There is also a picnic area for those who want to grill out by the pool. Depending on what time of year you stay, the pool may be closed as it is a seasonal amenity.

UTILITIES
All utilities are included for winter tenants, except electricity. You will receive a separate bill each month for this based on your individual consumption/usage. You can contact our office for an estimate of past winter tenant bills. The unit is heated/cooled by a heat pump system.

PARKING
1 assigned parking space (covered) - no golf carts or trailers allowed.
