A $1000.00 deposit is required to hold and secure the property for your stay. The deposit is refundable upon inspection of the property at the end of your stay. (minus a $150.00 cleaning fee).
Pets are not permitted on this property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home - if you smoke, please do so outside away from the house and safely dispose of your cigarette/cigar ends.
