One bedroom has a queen bed. Blackout curtains in the bedroom ensure that you will sleep as long as you want. The second bedroom has been converted into an office/ work area.
The kitchen is small, but all the amenities are there: microwave, coffee makers, refrigerator, dish washer. There is a washer and a dryer.
Linens, dishes, and a smart TV also come with this rental.
There are two exterior doors for access, as well as a fenced-in backyard. Most pets are welcome (see below for specific breeds).
This is an older home, built in the 1940s. These homes offer Savannah visitors a great value, especially considering how close they are to downtown. The home has been well maintained and was recently upgraded with new appliances, new furniture, and even a new roof.
For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.
