This Lovely Winter Rental Home is Anticipated to be Available Between the Months of October 2025* thru April 2026*. "This is a Winter Seasonal Rental Home Only". A Three (3) Full Months or Greater Minimum Winter Rental Lease Stay is Required. A Four (4) Full Months or Greater Winter Rental Lease Term is Preferred.

The Rental Amount is $1875.00 per month, based on a two-tenant occupancy, for a Required Minimum Three (3) Full Months Winter Rental Lease Term. For a Four (4) Full Months or Greater Winter Rental Lease Term, the Rental Amount is discounted to $1850.00 per month, based on a two-tenant occupancy.

This Home is Located in a Pleasant Residential Neighborhood with Many Friendly Returning Winter Snowbird Visitors. Previous Winter Rental Tenants/Visitors Provided Positive Comments Following Their Winter Rental Stay!

This Lovely Home has Two Bedrooms (Comfortable Queen Bed in Each Bedroom), Two Bathrooms (Master Bath has Walk-In Stall Shower), (Family Bath has Tub/Shower Combo). Each Bathroom and Bathing Areas, (Walk-In Shower and Tub/Shower) have Safety Grab Bars Installed to Assist with Mobility and Safety. This Home is Very Clean and Comfortable, has a Spacious Floor Plan, No Stairs to Climb, and the Home’s Furnishings are Clean & Well Appointed.

This Winter Home also has an attached screened in "Arizona Patio Room" directly accessible from the kitchen. The Arizona Patio Room has a lighted ceiling fan, a craft/utility table, and is also furnished with a spacious patio table and (4) chairs. The home's rear yard is nicely landscaped with a shade tree/shrubs, outdoor pergola and gas barbecue grill. The home has an attached Standard Size Garage for parking one-standard size vehicle. A Washer/Dryer is available for use during your stay and is located in the attached Garage, with Direct Access from the Home.

Internet WIFI Service is Provided by the Owner. A ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV with a Wide Variety TV Channels via the Internet and Local TV Channel Reception is provided/available in the Living Room. There is also a DVD Player in the Living Room with a DVD Movie Library for your enjoyment, along with a Beautiful Electric Fireplace TV Console, adding to the comfort and enjoyment of the home during your winter rental stay. Both the Master and 2nd Bedroom have TV's, both receive a Variety of Local TV Channels.

Playing Cards and Board Games are provided/available for use during winter stay.

The Owner Pays the Monthly Trash Service, Water/Sewer Service, and Internet/WIFI Service Fees.

The Owner Also Pays up to a $50.00 Cap on the Tenant's Monthly Electric Utility Use Billing. The Tenant(s) shall be financially responsible for payment of (the balance amount) the monthly amount that exceeds the $50.00 Per Month Electric Utility Use Cap.

A Fully Completed Rental Application (Contact Owner for Details), a (Refundable)* Security Deposit, and a (Non-Refundable) Cleaning Fee is Required.
