A one bedroom is $50.00 a night a 2 bedroom is $55 a night and a 3 bedroom is $60 a night. all of these prices are good October until March 2nd. This price does not include tax and extras. The main balconies in the Dunes look out over the Gulf of Mexico. Specifically the Dunes looks a little more to the west so you can enjoy an amazing sunset from your private balcony. The Dunes sits 300 yards from the waters edge and it is just a short walk down to the beach. This building has the best view on the island and you feel link you are in a hidden world being so close to the wild life refuge. You have 2 miles of beach to explore all the way to the end of the island! Join us for your adventure this fall!
