This Edgewater Beach Resort Golf Villa Condo (Unit #1807) is located on the North Side of Front Beach Road inside the gated Edgewater Beach Resort Complex with full access to all Edgewater amenities (Beach, Beach-Side Lagoon Swimming Pool, SPA, Heated Private local Pool, Restaurants, Shuttle, Workout Facility, Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Senior Activities).

This 2nd Floor, End Unit, 1,254 Sq Ft Condo has 2 Bedrooms (2 Queen Beds and 1 King Bed) and is situated near the 4th Hole Fairway of the Edgewater Par 3 Golf Course. It is within walking distance (approximately 600 Yards away) of the beach and the Beach-Side Lagoon Pool and Children's Splash Pad all with shuttle access, and there's a smaller private heated pool about 50 yards from the front door of the condo. All of the private/local smaller swimming pools inside the Edgewater facility are heated as are the four SPAs (Hot Tubs). The SPAs are located near the Lagoon Pool (2) and adjacent to the East and West Towers. The Beach-Side Lagoon Pool is not heated. This recently renovated Condo comes with luxury vinyl tile planks (that look like hardwood) and tile flooring. Both toilets (18-Inch), the bathroom fixtures, the HVAC Central System, were replaced in 2017 and the entire interior was painted. We updated the master bath in late 2018 with a subway tiled walk-in shower, new shower fixtures, and a glass hinged shower door. The Master Bath Floor, Double Sink Vanity, Mirrors, and Lighting were updated in 2022. The large sectional sofa in the Family Room could sleep 3 or 4. There's a rear balcony that overlooks the 4th fairway and beautiful small ponds.

Bedding, kitchenware, a Keurig Coffee Maker, three Flat Screen T Vs, and private Wi-Fi are all included.
Edgewater Beach Resort does not allow pets unless you are a property owner.

SPECIAL NOTE: All payment terms are negotiable. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable exceptions to the following terms:
(1) $250.00 deposit is generally required for Daily/Weekly Rentals within 7 days of booking then the remaining balance is due before arrival. The deposit is fully earned and is not refundable;
(2) $800.00 deposit is generally required for Monthly Rentals within 7 days of booking. This deposit is fully earned and is not refundable and will be applied to the first month's rent;
(3) Guests who wish to pay the deposit or balance due with a Credit Card may request a PayPal Invoice which will include an additional convenience fee (4% for funds originating from within the United States and 6% for funds originating from outside the United States such as Canada),
(4) We require proof of identity in the form of a photo ID preferably a driver's license on all adult guests including primary residence address,
(5) Once a Guest confirms a desire to book, those dates of stay will be confirmed by email or via a message posted to this web site and will be entered on the Availability Calendar subject to the compliance with the payment terms. Please note that All Edgewater Guests Effective 3/1/2023 must register through a new online portal and pay a registration fee ($70.00 Minimum) that will include an auto gate pass and wrist bands good for the duration of your stay. Guests are not allowed to have pets since it is the longstanding Edgewater policy that only owners can have pets.

This condo is generally available for monthly rental only during the Fall and Winter (October Through March) and daily/weekly rental during the Spring and Summer (April Through September) which is considered peak season. However, we are willing to make exceptions so feel free to request an exception.
