It is a two bedroom two bath condo upper level, end unit in Bullhead City, AZ. There are two balconies; one off the living room (which overlooks the river) and one off the guest bedroom. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. My garage is attached to the unit. There is a pool, spa, and club house. This unit is close to Laughlin, NV. casino's, movie theaters and bowling alley. Close by all shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. My condo is in move in-condition in which I provide linens, towels, pots, pans, utensils. You can call me for further information.

Detached Bedrooms The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet. You have your own private bathroom and vanity area next to your bathroom. A recliner is in the room for you to read or watch your favorite program from the television in the room.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet and dresser.
Each room has a ceiling fan for those hot evenings.

Scenic View

From the patio balcony you can enjoy the scenic view of the Colorado river. We do have wildlife come into our marina such as ducks, turtles, Egrets, owls and sometimes beavers.
