Our beautiful coast house is new to the rental market. Purchased and remodel summer/fall of 2018. This house boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space both inside and out. We are located on deep-water inlet, perfect for fishing, boating and crabbing off our private dock! Watch dolphins swim by as you enjoy your coffee on our private pier head! We are conveniently located to downtown Beaufort, Parris Island, Savannah, Charleston and Hilton Head Island! So much to see and do in the lowcountry!
Our coastal home is a private, family-owned property rented out only on a few occasions per year to cover the expenses and taxes associated with maintaining this property. We are located in a family friendly community just a few miles north of Downtown Beaufort. We take great pride in this home and look forward to speaking to you about it and your plans to visit the area!
This house is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. The Master Suite is located on the main living level along with an additional bedroom and guest bathroom. The 2 large bedrooms on the second floor have day-beds in addition to the primary beds (1 King and 1 Queen). Please note that this home is on stilts and is not handicap accessible. Renters should also consider that this property is directly located on the water and has stairs both inside and out if children will be in attendance.
Snowbirds welcomed October through March! Please enquire for monthly rates!
