Our home has both sunrise and sunset views of the mountains. We are 3 miles from the Colorado River and off road trails. The 1 acre property has a pull through driveway with secured gates and a lot of space for boat parking and off road vehicles. Local Casinos, Boat Ramps, Golf Courses and the historical ghost town of Oatman is 10 miles away.
The 3 bedroom 2 bath house has a large master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed with a trundle and the den has a pull out couch. Sleeps 6 comfortably but will fit up to 9.
