Shores of Panama 2017 is a spacious 1 bedroom + bunk room condo located in the heart of Panama City Beach.

The 20th floor is high enough for a great view but not so high you spend all your time waiting on elevators. Once you step into the condo, you'll find a very spacious floor plan coupled with a beautiful view of the pool deck followed by the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is equipped with most everything a guest would need.

The living area has plenty of seating that focuses on the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a large flat screen TV with HD Direct TV in the living area. The sofa is a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for 2 people.

We love how the living room has a cozy and laid-back vibe, while still offering plenty of space, modern amenities, and cool interior design. The cozy striped couch and the two plush chairs are perfect for sitting, lounging, and chatting with your guests! You can also gaze out of the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors or the TV from where you are sitting with ease — no more straining your neck to get a glimpse of your favorite movie!

We also love how there is a coffee table that is perfect for serving breakfast in the morning, putting your books during the day, or propping your feet up after a long day of cycling or walking on the beach. Speaking of the beach, you can easily see the blue skies and white sand from your living room or private patio — what more inspiration do you need to get out of the house and explore the nearby area?

After you have chilled-out in the living room for a little bit, you can head into the kitchen to make a snack, brew a cup of coffee, or cook dinner for you and your friends. The ample counter space and granite countertop is a great space where you can set out food, talk with your guests, or serve cocktails or drinks to your family.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and freezer and is fully stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal in the condo. Using the kitchen is actually FUN in this condominium! You can use the stainless steel appliances and modern space to entertain your guests, cut up some vegetables, serve healthy snacks to your kids, or make drinks with ease. Instead of being in a cramped and outdated kitchen, this new space is enjoyable to use — even while you are on vacation!

There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bath and gulf view. Enjoy the spacious closet and plenty of dresser storage. We love how this master bedroom has plush carpet flooring, a cozy bed with comfortable bedding, and a smart TV that can play your favorite Netflix shows before you wind down at night! And the window can let in light in the morning to wake you up for the sunrise — trust us, watching the sun rise from your own private balcony is a great way to start your day!

The bunk room in the front of the condo has a closet, a set of twin/twin bunks, a private bath, and washer/dryer. The sample space in this condo makes it easy for you, your partner, AND the kids to spread out and relax — without getting in one another’s way! You can avoid running into your teenager every time they leave their room. everyone in your family will love having their own space to chill out, read a book, watch TV, or decompress after spending family time together.

Shores of Panama is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. Convenience is a major pull for this apartment!

Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $75 for registration packet.
