The Primary Suite entails a King Size Bed, 65" Smart TV, Extra sleeping for 1 with a convertible chair that folds out to a twin bed, Private Balcony with cozy furniture for relaxing with a morning coffee, and a full bath featuring a fully tiled shower, separate bath, and double sinks. Guest Bedroom #1 holds another King Size Bed and a 50" Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 provides a Queen Size Bed and a 50" Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #3 (kiddos bunk room) has 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and a 32" Smart TV. Just off the hallway from the guest bedrooms is the Guest Bathroom with a Shower/Tub combo. All bedrooms are located upstairs. On the Main Level, you will find the fully stocked kitchen with all the best appliances and cooking gear, a large dining table that expands to hold 10 persons, 4 kitchen island stools, a half bath for convenience, an awesome living area with a pullout sofa bed for extra sleeping, and a 65" Smart TV to stream your favorite ball game or shows. Just off the Living Area is the back patio providing a charcoal grill and seating around a small firepit for roasting marshmallows or talking over the day’s events.
