Paradise Place is located in Marathon, FL surrounded by excellent places where you can spend an unforgettable vacation, ample parking, canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Can comfortably sleep 9 people, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and Florida room. Just 1 hour and a half from the historic city of Key West.

Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon as vehicles tags and each guest names.

The road next to us, when the shed ends you cannot enter because it is a private street that belongs to the owners who live on that street facing the ocean. Do not go onto this road as it is considered trespassing.

For fishing lovers the property offers a total of 22 feet of dockage.
Please make sure the measurements cannot exceed 22 feet starting from the bow to the propellers. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No RVS or motor homes allowed on property. Parking room for 4 vehicles and 1 trailer. Launch your boat from nearby Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side). Confirm fee with marina.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
